Kohila Sivas is the Regional Director of Global Woman Club Mexico, a global performance coach, former educator, entrepreneur and creator of Readiness OS™.
With over 26 years of experience in human growth and 15 years as an online entrepreneur and marketer, Kohila helps leaders, entrepreneurs, educators, students of all ages and parents remove the hidden barriers limiting their performance, purpose and progress. Her mission is to positively impact 1.5 billion people by 2035.
An international speaker and selected TEDx speaker, Kohila creates spaces where women stop swimming alone, because success is not about struggling harder; it is about finding the right people, partnerships and current to move forward together.

Hi, I’m Mirela Sula, and our mission is to help female entrepreneurs start, grow, scale, and take their businesses global.
